Modex was built with safety as the starting point — not an afterthought. Every account is reviewed, every payment is protected, and every model has control over what they will and won't do.

How we protect you

01 — Accounts
Manual review of every account

Every model profile and every client account is personally reviewed by our team before it goes live. No automated approval. This takes longer — but it keeps the platform safe.

02 — Payments
Escrow protects both sides

Funds are charged at booking and held securely until the shoot is confirmed complete by both parties. Models always get paid. Clients are always protected against no-shows.

03 — Privacy
Contacts hidden until confirmed

Instagram handles and personal contact details are never shown publicly. They are revealed only after a casting match is confirmed by both sides. Models are in control of who can contact them.

You set your restrictions

You decide what you will and won't do — lingerie, alcohol brands, physical contact, and more. These restrictions are shown to clients before they can contact you. No one can book you for something you've said no to.

Payment is guaranteed

When a booking is confirmed, the client's payment is held in escrow. You will receive your agreed fee as soon as the shoot is confirmed complete — regardless of any dispute the client raises after the fact.

Your contact details are private

Your Instagram and personal contact details are never visible on your public profile. They are shared only with a client after you have been matched and the booking is in progress. You are never publicly searchable by phone or social handle.

You can report any client

If a client behaves inappropriately — on platform or on set — you can report them directly. Reports are reviewed personally. Clients who violate our conduct rules are removed from the platform.

No TFP without your consent

Every casting on Modex must include a minimum budget. TFP (trade for print) requests cannot be posted as castings. Your rate slider sets a minimum floor — no enquiries below that level will reach you.

01
Client confirms the booking

The agreed fee is charged to the client's payment method and held securely in escrow. The model is notified.

02
The shoot takes place

Both parties complete the shoot. The model delivers the agreed work. The client provides the agreed environment and scope.

03
Both sides confirm completion

Client and model each confirm the shoot is complete via the platform. This triggers the payment release.

04
Model receives payment

The escrowed funds are released to the model. No chasing, no waiting, no uncertainty.

Dispute resolution

If either party disputes the completion of a shoot, Modex will review the case manually. We will examine the booking terms, communications and any evidence provided by both sides before making a decision on the payment release.

Report & support
何か 問題が起きましたか?

If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour on Modex — on the platform or on set — please report it immediately. All reports are reviewed personally by our team.

We take all reports seriously. Accounts found to be in violation of our conduct rules will be suspended immediately pending review, and permanently removed if the violation is confirmed.

You can report:
Requests outside agreed restrictions
Inappropriate messages or behaviour on platform
Unsafe or unprofessional conditions on set
Terms changed after booking confirmation
Payment requested or made outside Modex
Fake profile or fraudulent activity
